Delete your PocketCodedPy account

You can request deletion of your PocketCodedPy account and associated cloud profile at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email Slimkheli2@gmail.com from the email address connected to your PocketCodedPy account.
- Use the subject line PocketCodedPy Account Deletion.
- State that you want your PocketCodedPy account and associated cloud data deleted.
- Complete any reasonable identity-verification step we request to protect your account.
What will be deleted
- Your Firebase Authentication account;
- Your PocketCodedPy cloud profile, including display name, email, sign-in providers, and last sign-in time; and
- Other cloud data directly associated with your PocketCodedPy account, if any is added in the future and is not legally required to be retained.
What is not remotely deleted
Projects, source code, terminal data, Git repositories, SSH keys, installed packages, and exported files are stored on your device or in locations you selected. PocketCodedPy cannot remotely access or erase those files. Delete projects in the app, delete exported copies with your file manager, or clear/uninstall the app to remove local app data.
Processing time and limited retention
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Firebase may retain deleted information in protected backup systems for a limited period, potentially up to 180 days, before final removal. We may retain minimal records when required by law, to resolve disputes, or to prevent fraud and abuse.
